I had the same experience with the Chucky doll. The first email I received back was an apology and that it wouldn't happen again. I can see from the other posted item here that this was their scam all along. They sent the wrong item and refused a full refund unless I sent it back at my expense. Otherwise, they only offered 20% back. If I wanted to return, I had to accept the terms that if the product was damaged when they receive it, I would receive no refund. The product was damaged when I received it first so I sent photos as proof. They refused to acknowledge this damage and discontinued communication. Definitely a scam.

I amongst others according to Facebook ordered from this site. Paid over $48 for what was advertised as a 30 inch talking chucky doll. Received a small action figure instead after over a month and a half of wait time.
