I should have known better. I ordered a train layout which in the states cost $400 they had it listed for $67. I also got the cheap coin purse. I ordered this in February of 2021. I'm still dealing with them they kept telling me they were going to resend it they would put up this fraudulent tracking system to make you think it was common but it always says at the end item not able to deliver person not home
I did pay with PayPal against my better judgment when asking for a full refund just this week I was informed they be willing to go 85%. I told him no 100%. They said they could do 95 and that's the best they could do I told them fine send me 95%. To be honest when I ordered this I knew it was a risk and I'm not holding my breath on getting my money back just be careful do not order anything from the site they are very creative to keep you online and send an email back and forth until I guess you give up.

Purchased a toy kitchen set, received a cord. They also informed me of a refund and I never received that either. This company is a scam! Please avoid!

My grandson ordered a 24” Godzilla at the cost of $70.58 and never received it. They send all kinds of emails responding to my complaint, making it seem legit. They are a complete fraud! Never received the package nor an email response that wasn’t the same one over and over.

Scam website! Ordered a Barbie dreamhouse for $66 and never received it. Instead, I received a dollar store usb cord. This company is tricking people by delaying shipping and then shipping something cheap, but not what you bought so they get paid by the credit card companies. When you request to get a refund, they try not to offer a full refund despite what their site says and then they say it takes 2-3 months to process. A complete scam!

I placed an order from a pop up ad for a Fisher price mini jumper. After a month of waiting I received a manicure set instead of the jumper. I emailed to email address provided on suppose invoice and never got a response. I then researched the name and turns out to be a fraudulent/scam company Htencs.

I went to buy a ebike through paypal but noticed that the payment was going to a construction company not the company i was buying it from. So i decided to contact your office when the company mentioned above did not come up in your database i decided to contact your office before making a purchase.
