Presented on FaceBook & I explored their Website. Everything visible looked quite professional and thorough. I did notice that they do not also sell on Amazon. I will say that I am a senior and it was late at night. I missed cues. Like they wanted my credit card and offered no option like PayPal. The only name presented was Dr Sound. I learned "Huehearing" from my credit card account. They did charge right away, did not wait till shipment. They acknowledged the order, but it's been 6 days with no follow up communication. I have written them. If I do not get a suitable reply within 24 hours, I will call their phone #.
