My husband needed a tow truck and Huard Sons Towing said they could have a truck arrive within the hour. Three hours later a truck still hadn't shown up. They charged $1800 which is triple the usual towing charge. My husband finally found another tow truck that charged us $650 for a tow. Huard Sons is now charging a $300 cancellation fee. They claim to be family owned. They are all over the U.S. I went to their website while I am working in North Carolina, and an operator immediately started texting me that she had a tow truck available for me in North Carolina.
