Horrible customer service! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and one pair was torn at the seem... It is not able to be worn- my foot falls right out. They are offering partial refunds or a full refund if I pay to send it back. WHY SHOULD I PAY to have an item that was damaged returned? I did not change my mind- the item is unusable! DO NOT-- I repeat---DO NOT ---no matter how great the price---order from this company! It has been two months without resolution!
FYI- I emailed them last week (after 2 months of back and forth) that if I didn't get a return shipping or my $ refunded-I would be writing a negative review. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I also placed an order that I only received partially. Then what I did receive broke after 3 wearings. I got responses to email. First they wanted to refund me $6.00 for a $40 item I never got then they offered $10 for the same item. They seemed to think I wanted to return something, but I had nothing to return. I used the phone number on the website, but it was disconnected.

Placed order for shoes on March 24, 2020. Never received.Tracking number for order not valid. Unable to reach company by phone as not an active number. My credit card was immediately charged for the order on March 25th, 2020. When emailed received response that would be shipped soon. Company listed on Facebook with sales on shoe products. Not sure of the Country
