Ordered 2 items for Christmas gifts 9 months ago and never received!

Emailed over and over, but no response. How can they not publish a contact phone number? I should have noticed this and never ordered from this site.

I received one item but the other $49 romper never came. Contacted them and never got a response. It’s a scam:/

This website is horrible! We ordered a bathing suit and the wrong size and color came in. we tried to return but they didn’t send an order slip at all. contacted them 4+ times and they shut us out. Give us our money back!

I order a few things from Hudson and Bailey over 2 months ago and it still has not arrived. I have made several attempts to contact them. I never get a response. Very frustrated!

I ordered 1 dress and was charged for 2. The dress that came did not look like the site. I contacted the company multiple times about the mistake in my order and wanting to cancel or return the items. The website return policy is not true and no one responds to the messages left with their contact page. After 2 weeks of contacting them without a response, I disputed it with my credit card company. You can't find any information online about where they are located in the US so that you can send the stuff back on your own. You can't find a phone number to call. When I disputed it with my credit card company, the credit card company has an address in the US that the company is required to provide to them. However, since the company did not respond to my credit card company's request, I got a refund of my money.

I ordered 6 clothing items well over a month ago. My card was charged and I still have not received any order updates. The emails I send are not responded too and the messages on their social media that I sent have not been answered. I also tried contacting them on their website a few weeks ago and have not heard back.

did you ever recieve your package?

I ordered a total of 6 items from this store well over a month ago. Nothing has arrived and I’ve tried to ask for updates and refund via email and social media and no response. I lost $205 dollars. I wish more people new about this. If I would’ve read the reviews on this site I definitely wouldn’t have purchased anything from Hudson and Bailey.

ABSOLUTELY ridiculous that this so called clothing site is legit. They do not respond to emails or there IG. My order just keeps saying received. They do not have any sort of customer service. I would NOT order from them. I wish there was more to do toexpose this fraud brand

Ordered from this website over 6 weeks ago. Never received anything, not even an update. Emailed them over 3 times and did not respond to any. I had to go even further to Instagram DM them. I hope in the future they can treat their customers with respect. Hoping I get the $200 I spent on clothing.

I’m on the same boat! it’s been a month and not even an update on my order. Have you received anything yet? Or tried getting a refund?

I placed an order on January 1, 2022. It took months to receive my items that would come in one at a time. It is now almost July and I still have not received items. It is absolutely ridiculous. I would input my order number and it would tell me my order 'does not exist'! There is zero communication on behalf of H&B. Do NOT buy from them. I have emailed and Instagram messaged several times and have not gotten a response back. I just want my money back at this point.

I’m about to leave for the trip that I bought these clothes for. I leave on the 25th (today is the 24th), and I ordered them on the fourth. The tracker says the estimated delivery was between the 15th and 25th, but when I review the details of my package’s whereabouts, there haven’t been any updates since the 20th, and it was on the East Coast then (I live in the Midwest). It also said that USPS was awaiting the item on the last update, and I haven’t received any emails from USPS, so I’m just gonna assume they haven’t received it. That was a really long-winded way of me saying that I don’t think my package is near me.

I suppose it isn’t completely ridiculous for a package to take longer than three weeks to arrive, but this is to let everyone reading know that if you’re ordering for something special, either pay for expedited shipping, or order at least a month in advance.

Also, judging from the tracking history, it looks like the package originated in China, which obviously there isn’t anything inherently wrong with that, but we all know that a lot of fast fashion companies exploit Asian markets/workers because they’re cheap/lowly-paid, so know that this could very well be a fast fashion company. If that’s true, then I regret giving them my money!

I reached out to instagram official contact, us police(online) etc but it seems nothing will change. Ive ordered colthes in March and they never send them or reply on my emails dms and even deleted my comments& blocked me. I’m so worried that they keep posting and promoting their products while deleting refund request vomments and blocking victims’ accounts. what should we do? It’s not the big amount of money but im worried the number of victims will get bigger and bigger..

Hey guys, please don’t every buy from Hudson and Bailey. They are a scam. My expected date of delivery was 14April to 24 April. My products never came. I tried contacting them through email and Instagram but to no avail, no response. Do not buy from them, even though there are haul videos. They may have only sent items to afew people but not all their customers. Do not trust them.

Placed an online order with this company on April 1st, 2022. Was told shipping takes 2-4 weeks and I would be sent confirmation as soon as item ships. They withdrew the money for the purchase, $47, right away. I have not received the item, today is May 10th, 2022. I have sent multiple email requests looking for an update, they do not respond, they do not respond on their Instagram page either. They do not provide a phone number or address anywhere on their website.

I ordered 4 shirts and only one came so and I’ve emailed them multiple times without getting any response and I went to the Instagram to comment about how I was upset with the customer service and they have limited all the comments because people keep complaining on their posts. I feel so [censored]ing dumb

They make it almost impossible to contact anyone to get any help. The Instagram bio tags the owner so I messaged her and she also has her comments limited and she has her setting set so she can’t see messages from people she doesn’t follow. I’m so frustrated with myself

I ordered a bikini for $27 off the website and it was supposed to be delivered on February 12th. It is march 4th and my package never came. A couple days after I ordered the bikini I went to track the package but it said the website “didn’t exist” I just went back on today because I was angry that it never came, typed in my package # and it says the order doesn’t exist. And I made sure it was the correct # but still nothing. UGH
