In May 2021 I ordered these cheap hearing aids thinking it'll help me, paid for faster shipment but when didn't arrive on time- requested refund. Sarah said no worries, will be refunded- just take a picture of the box and give to someone else to use. I found out it didn't work within a week. My refund never came- paid $155.91. Please don't waste your money- save for a better quality hearing aid even though it may take time because it's not worth it to lose money to people who only value themselves more than others.
