Only now have I reviewed scores of other reviews and learned of their scam: They sell an inferior product but offer a full refund within 90 days if you’re dissatisfied for any reason. I found the hearing aids were uncomfortable and worked poorly. I returned them promptly (and timely) in mid-February 2023 and received an email confirming they were received. I was assured by an employee who identified herself as Beatrice that the full purchase price (over $160) would be refunded to my credit card “within 10 business days.” It is now April 17, 2023. They do not pick up the phone (the calls are immediately disconnected) or reply to emails. BTW the National Council on Aging gives Dr. Sound an “F” rating. I think that’s generous. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

Got ad from Facebook for miracle hearing aids that were guaranteed money back. Got them and they did not work. Contacted company via their email and no response. Tried calling their phone number and no longer in service! Fake claims. Fake guarantee. Possibly fake company??? Marvin Stern, 64460 Via Amante, Palm Springs, CA 92264

The hearing aid is a piece of junk. Their website says 100% guarantee . Once you buy it you will never get your money back. I have over 20 emails trying to get my refund. They keep telling me it has been issued but it is a complete lie!! I am in constant contact with my credit card co. And after 1mo of trying still no refund.

I ordered a right ear hearing aid, having lost my $500 hearing aid on February 10th. I checked with them and they gave a bogus tracking that assured me that the hearing aid would be in in 10-15 days. It is now March 3rd and I have no assurance that they are anything but a scam. They have tried to sell me a years worth of batteries, and several other things without my even having their product. They are allegedly in San Jose, CA. I can't seem to get anyone to answer the phones, they are jammed. I believe they are a Scammer. ****** ******** in NC, High Point

Advertise: "ship your order of 2/10 in 7-10 days" up sales, batteries for 1 year; Ear Domes; wax guards, etc before you rec' the product ordered. Never rec'd the invisible hearing aid, goes so far in your right ear.
