Product was to be delivered within 8 days.

Multiple email exchanges with repeated promises that a shipping details will be available within 48 hrs.

Then , after inquiring, there would be a three week delay.

After the three weeks, again apologies but the shipment would be ready and shipping details available within 48 hrs.

The latest response is that their shop burned down and they are working hard on getting the order ready.

I have been in constant contact trying to get information from hue drum, and just a handful of times, they have responded to emails (NEVER their phone #) and told me they had shipped or were about to ship my order. For 5 months. On what they adverstised was "3-6 day shipping, shipped within 1-2 days"
