On June 11th I paid for a dog play pen.... I emailed said company and they replied back saying for me to be patient my order is processing... I emailed them again asking for a full refund....and have been ghosted no response at all....This is crazy I am retired and on a fixed income every penny I have I need....can anyone help me

Order four 2023 New Self-Cat Litter Cleaner litter boxes. Order was placed on November 30, 2023 through Knotsnails. An order confirmation number was provided. After 30 days of not receiving anything - contacted the only means listed at an email. I emailed [email protected] and received the response to please bear with us along with we truly appreciate your patience. Order on it's way within the next 1-3days. Nothing was ever received. I responded back 1 more time to be advised of how sorry they are and to please bear with them ... nothing ever received.
