I would just like a refund as your ad had said within a 90 day period. I have emailed a person called Kristina and she has now ghosted me and I have not heard back from anyone until today. Please read the mine and your response asking me what you can do to correct this issue. Well just refund me my money plain and simple this company should be banned from sell anything there hearing aids are junk all they are is a mini amp
