I ordered the "laser engraver" for ~$50 and received a counterfeit hat instead. Not even a good counterfeit. The ad stated that the product would be shipped from California in seven days, it was actually shipped from China. There is no way to return the fake item. Also, the company charged my credit card in London which incurred an additional fee. TOTAL SCAM.
