Ordered retro nes on April 26, they answered the first email requesting info on when the product was being shipped saying they where backed up. They did not respond to the most recent request for a refund. Website appears to be partially down. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and working on filing additional complaints.

I ordered a Mini Nintendo Retro Classic Console for $39.95 plus a Lifetime warranty for an additional $*** and $*** Shipping (Total of $*** with a discount of $***) on May 6, 2018 at 9:49pm. I got the order confirmation email and didn’t hear anything else. On May 16, 2018 I sent an email requesting the status of my order and got a reply the next day that a shipping label had been created. I even got a tracking number from USPS that stated the label had been created on May 17, 2018 which stated “6:16am - Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item, Sherman Oaks, CA, 91403. On May 21, 2018 I sent an email and got a reply that same day that said “We had a bunch of orders pending shipment at our warehouse, your order will ship out this week. Thank you for your patience.” On May 25, 2018 I sent another email asking for the status of my order and got this reply- “Your order is still awaiting shipment. Sorry for the delay. This order should ship next week.” —- Today, May 31, 2018 (25 days after I placed my order) I have requested a full refund because their website states they only give refunds 30 days from the date the order was placed. I’m so upset that I fell for this ripoff and probably lost $** dollars in the process but I’m hoping this helps someone else not get ripped off. The one time I don’t verify a business through the BBB is the one time I get ripped off.

I saw an ad on Facebook, clicked on it to purchase a video game system and the item never came. They never return emails and their is no longer a contact number for the "company " . They stole $*** from me.

Saw a Facebook add that sent me to this website to purchased a Retro Classic Console plus a "Lifetime Warranty" that I was told would ship in 7 days. The end of the 7 days was 14 days ago. The item never arrived and I contacted customer support. Sent several emails with no reply. Then I finally got an email that said I got shipping information. checked the status with the USPS tracking number they gave me and the USPS is still awaiting the item supposedly shipping from SHERMAN OAKS, CA 91403.

I emailed them again stating I wanted a refund but with no success. Haven't heard from them since.

STAY AWAY FROM FACEBOOK ADDS!
