I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me the wrong color. I checked their return policy and they want me to pay to have them sent back. I already paid once to have them shipped to my house so I’m not paying again. This is how they scam people! They send them the wrong product and when you try to get in touch with them no one is ever available, they don’t return your emails and they don’t return your phone calls. I don’t know how they can stay in business scamming people like this. I understand that making $10-20 on one person isn’t much but when you’re doing it to thousands of people it will add up! Scammers like this need to be stopped. Purposely sending people the wrong items and then charging them for shipping 2 more times will add up quickly!
