This e-business is falsely advertising their product. After receiving the product, I noticed the packaging and product itself was very cheap and not what I ordered... seems like they are using other product photos and are sending out cheap replicas from China. When reaching out to them about this they asked me to ship it back to them and the address given was a residential address in the states. They also wanted me to pay the shipping cost even though they sent me a product that had a misleading description/photos on their website. They mentioned the product would have to go through a checking process and if it doesn't meet their requirements then I will not be refunded..

I am opening a dispute with PayPal since they refuse to pay for the shipping back to them for the refund.
