On 11.23.2024 I received the same call, BUT -- IT CAME UP ON MY PHONE SCREEN AS MY GRANDDAUGHTER'S NAME, as it appears in my contacts. I never answer unidentified calls, but since I thought it was my granddaughter I answered. I was so shocked when she started her schpiel (stating she was from Matrix Medical) and asked if she could speak to ME -- using my name -- I was so pissed that whomever this was SOMEHOW made me think it was my granddaughter -- that I loudly said "NO" and hung up. When I looked into my phone to see what number the call came from it was the (330) 286-6035 number. So, now the scammers can fool you into thinking you're actually getting a call from someone in your contacts? WOW! BEWARE!

I received a call from Humana 330-286-6035 in Canfield Ohio. The caller said they were from "Matrix Medical" & I hung up. I called Humana CS "they said that 330 -286-6035 # was not from them."

They have call outs but not from that Phone#. I am filing this because there are a lot of elderly people out there that will give all their medical information to callers & they end up getting scammed. I feel this was a Phishing call & I did not give any personal information to the caller. People need to call the actual rel company to confirm the caller.

Caller stated she was from Hummana and asked if this was me. I replied “yes”. She said she couldn’t hear me and again asked if it was me. Having heard about the “yes phone scam” I immediately hung up.
