I received a call from a woman claiming to be from Humana. She asked for my Humana information, but I didn't have any. I gave her my birthdate to check if it was what she saw on the account. I let her know I would be alerting the FBI that this is a fraud attempt and that she should mark it as fraud with Humana. She seemed uneasy and not sure how to handle the situation. Unfortunately, that's when I realized she was probably a part of the scam.
