On top of the false advertisements of "50% Sale" claimed here on the BBB, the company continues to advertise on Instagram and Facebook, an duping thousands of people to buy reasonably priced products, only to be never received.
Weeks after ordering a puzzle for my family, I get a shipment notification from [email protected] stating my package was in transit. However like every package, it was stuck in Inglewood from May to now (July) because it was never fulfilled. Fortunately after contacting PayPal for the refund (the request was approved from PayPal refund team), I contacted Shopify to report the fraudulent Humblecrate.co site that is running on their online retailer platform to report fraud.
Today, July 7th, 2020, I then receive a mysterious package from "Jon" with a return address of 2352 Bent Creek Rd, Auburn, AL 36830 - which after a quick google search is a truck stop / grocery mart. After looking up the address and details on Google - it appears that several people from May-July have actually received similar packages from this mystery person and address - without ordering from this site at all, however receive items listed on the Humblecrate.co site (ex: https://www.wtol.com/article/life/help-figure-out-mystery-mail-sent-to-ohio-hous...⇄ />
This is clearly a large fraud / scam, using a website review technique called "brushing" and used by third party vendors, typically foreign, to provide themselves with verified "reviews" using their customers data / account from which the items were ordered, and yet - the actual customer never gets what he/she had purchased.
Hope ScamPulse.com takes Legendary Ventures Limited & Humble Crate down ASAP.

The order was for full cover anti droplets face shield. When you click on a pop up link of them offering one at a lower cost (side of screen) it automatically hits your credit card. The company was using name Humble Crate LLC, but now have dropped the LLC from their name. I contacted them immediately about the two additional face shields that I had no intention of ordering that was theft, fraud, unauthorized use of my credit card since I was only attempting to view the item not purchase it. I only agreed to and only ordered one. They emailed me back saying no refunds on any orders. I was billed for three fake, cheap inferior material made pieces of garbage. Three of them. The plastic is like what is used on the front of a toy in a box. The plastic is cheap, cloudy cannot see when you put it on and is absolute complete garbage. I have original email with picture of item, now pulled from their website
