I have still yet to receive my product. I've contacted the company several times and every time I get the same generic response regarding a flooded warehouse in Florida (tracking shows my product is in California). They send a tracking number that shows the item but it sat in Inglewood, CA for over two weeks. The next tracking number shows it's still in California, just an hours drive away from where it had been two week prior. No movement of the shipment since 6/9.
I asked for a refund but the company says I cannot be refunded as the product has "shipped". Based on the tracking it does not look like USPS has actually gotten the product.
