I stumbled across this supposed embroidery website owned by a "former marine" from a linkedin "people you may know" type recommendation: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jon-connolly-80071336/. I ordered 2 towels with different designs on them for which I paid approximately $50 total. When they didn't arrive after two weeks, the advertised delivery time, I contacted him via the "contact us" feature on the website. When he emailed me a week later, I was told that I must wait 30 days before reporting it as not delivered. However, two weeks later when I got around to sending a follow up, I was told that it was passed the 30 day refund period and there was nothing he could do. I should have trusted my initial suspicions when the payment methods available were venmo and paypal and no sales tax was charged. :(
