I received a call from a man saying that he was trying to collect a debt and said that if I didn't resolve the matter he could have me arrested. He then gave me a number to call with a code number so they would know it's me. I called and a lady answered and she said she could help me and we set up payment arrangements. I called back to see if I was going to get a letter showing I was making my payments but the number was no longer working. I immediately called my bank and they had a different number but it also was not working.
