I ordered a deep freezer. I waited and waited and then received a pair of sunglasses and was told to return them and they would send the freezer. Then I was told that the freezers were sold out. They told me I could keep the sunglasses and they could return 40% of my money.

I thought I was purchasing a composter from the company Huppergo, at a discounted price. I received a confirmation email (which I have a screenshot of) shortly after placing the order, saying that they were sending the item to me. About three weeks later, I received a tiny box in the mail and an email saying my package has been delivered. Unfortunately, it was the wrong item (a pair of Gucci sunglasses). I contacted the company and their reply was, "Sorry this happened, but we need to investigate the situation. When they got back to me, they said that according to their records, I originally ordered the sunglasses, so I emailed them the screenshot of my order. They said I had 2 options. #1, I could keep the wrong item and/or give it to someone as a "little gift", and they will refund me ONLY 40% of the total paid. #2, Or, I can return the item and pay for the shipping myself, (which will be very expensive) and they will fully refund me after they receive the item. If I agree to the latter, they will send me the address. I explained to them that their website not only states they will pay for returns, but that they should send me what I originally ordered in the first place. In the next email, they stated that they just sold out of that item yesterday and cannot send it to me. So now they are offering me a "better deal" at 50% refund and remark that I should accept it. I informed them the I would be contacting your company to file a report.
