I sent a request for a refund to Hurrise Sports on August 17 and received a message on 8/18 saying in part, “...I am worried that the shipping is very high, if the goods are in good condition,May I know if there is any chance for you to keep this item...We would like to offer you a 12% discount if you could kindly keep it, Now we really do not consider the profit, although with the refund we will loss (sic) deeply.” I responded immediately saying that I wanted the return address and gave no other information. I received a second reply on 8/20 saying in part, “How about refund you 38% money back for you keep the item, is it fine? ...We will offer the return address here. Please do not worry.” I have not responded to this second message.
