This scam company offered customizable products for sale on Facebook. I purchase one of their product for my wife that never arrived. I have been trying to contact the company for assistance locating the package multiple time and receive the exact same email from these people apologizing for the delay and assuring me that my package has shipped, but when I request a refund for the missing package via their claim request form, I am told that my order number is invalid even though it was copied directly from the emails the company has sent to me and the order number works for tracking. This company does not offer a phone number to contact a live human being and every attempt to rectify the problem is met with the same automated email.
