This company sells weighted blanket's. Most people select the $400+ blanket, they take your money and you wait months to receive your purchased item. After 2-3 months you will not receive your blanket, you will not receive a shipping date etc. You can try to reach out to their customer service, you will likely get a very vague response or none at all. You probably will feel helpless and go onto their Facebook or Instagram, write something on their page, and get blocked/deleted. If you are one of the lucky ones who received their blanket, you probably will want to send it back. They offer a "100 day guarantee" on their blankets, yet if you send the blanket back you will not only lose your blanket you will not be refunded. This company is a scam, all they want is your money and as soon as they get it- they are never to be heard from again. Will never support another Dragon's Den company because of this.
