Placed order early December for son's Christmas gift. Received confirmation same day and card was charged for order. Received email three days later that stated my order is on it's way, expect order to come before Christmas. A week later, received apology email stating "due to massive unexpected spike in orders over the holiday season, one of their warehouses has been having severe issues in the processing and fulfillment of orders.... and because of this, many orders from this warehouse have been extremely delayed in shipment." Was given a link to check order status and when I checked, it was estimated the order would arrive after Christmas. Followed up on order via the link provided on website multiple times, received no response. Followed up by responding to their order confirmation email, still no response. Have reported this company to Federal Trade Commission.
