They have cloned this company ! You must go through a dealer to receive parts from the company! Someone has rigged this system to take your order and you never get the part! It is a inside job! Each time you email the company. They send you to a right back to the online website. Saying you questioned has been answered! However it has not! Someone must be scamming from the inside that has access to the website! You can order online however someone is taking the order and issuing a fake confirmation receipt and email. However you will not receive anything. A temple dealer said we didn’t even know you could order parts from the party online! Be careful to note! This is the actual parent company. Not a third part vendor selling parts for them. I have the email, payment receipt, confirmation, and a survey of sell for rating status. No part received yet or tracking number. I am going to the bank this morning to cancel my transaction.
