An order for a custom outfit was placed on January 5, 2024, with a promised completion date of January 15, 2024. A $100 deposit was paid on January 5, followed by a $250 payment on January 15 after the outfit was shipped. The item, which arrived on January 23, 2024, was incorrect in color, size, and quality. I notified the business on the same day and requested a $150 refund on February 5 due to poor communication and professionalism, which was denied. After multiple attempts to contact the seller, a $75 refund was issued on February 16, 2024, with an offer to alter the outfit instead of a full refund. The outfit was returned for alterations on March 2, 2024, but the business ceased all communication and failed to return the item. Despite further efforts to resolve the issue, an additional $75 was refunded on October 16, 2024. The business refused to refund the remaining $100 deposit, citing an unlisted policy not disclosed on its website or social media. I was ultimately scammed out of $100, without receiving the outfit or a full resolution. I’ve seen the seller continue to conduct business since.
