The main essence of this report was this: I wanted to try only one knife, and if it is good, I could buy more later. So I have chosen only one knife's photo and its price. When you went through all the credit cards input, finally they showed the final price; which was the charge for 4 knives plus shipping. I NEVER CHOSEN 4 knives. Immediately I contacted the company-- telephone response was 'our agent is currently busy' for more than 10 minutes... I sent e-mail but of course, it will be too late. I realized the web order format was made in such a way that a buyer does not have a chance to check each process.. Of course, they didn't disclose their physical address. Now, I have learned this is one sign to watch. I realized if they are not set up the order format honestly, then what the customer wants from their products must be cheap, not reliable.
I contacted my credit company and asked to stop payment. Of course, this company has IMMEDIATELY POSTED WITHOUT ANY MINUTES. I called probably 5 minutes later, and I have explained. They destroy this card and reissue the card for my security.
