I called HVAC tech to see why my heater wouldnt stay on. Jim/Jamal came to my home to look at it. I left him alone while i went to check on my 2 toddlers. When i returned downstairs, he told me my circuit board needed to be replaced and it would cost $455. I called Four Seasons for a second opinion and they noticed my flame sensor was missing. Jamal stole my sensor and lied and said my circuit board was messed up. He was the first and only person to look at my heater, other than four seasons who fixed my heater (and just to clarify, i NEVER left them alone in my basement). When i called to ask Jim about this issue he told me I had the wrong number and hung up on me but I had been communicating with him on that number for days. After I confronted him on thw phone, he had a woman calling and texting me pretending like she was his boss when I know she was his kin. They lied and said we are threatening them and blackmailing them. They are lying crooks.
