Fake website

Ordered a $53 dollar tool. Was suppose to get here in 10 days. After a month, I finally got a fake tracking number. Item supposedly reached my city but was returned because they couldn’t find my address. I live in a very small town. They did this to me twice. Using the fake China deliver tracking service. Third time they used the us postal service. I got a dollar computer cable. Not the 53 dollar tool. The phone number on their website is fake. It’s a telephone company automated testing number. They answer my emails claiming a refund will be issued back to my card but month after month after month. I get anoth excuse. Now I already got a refund from my credit card company. But these scammers don’t know that. So I keep replying to their emails asking for an update on my refund and for them to give me a working phone number. They keep replying, apologizing for the delay and the refund is their top priority. Still won’t give me a number. They’ve used covid as an excuse, their refund department loss the refund order, bank problems, Chinese holiday, I placed the order on 7/24/2021. Got my refund in sept from my bank. Been getting an email from [email protected] for months saying they are working on the refund. It’s now 5/20/22. They even emailed me to as if I would take an 85% refund. When I replied absolutely not. I wanted a full refund. They wrote back saying it will be processed in the next 30 days. That was two months ago. I’ve since learned they take pictures of items sold on eBay and use them on their website as items they have for sale. You can see the item sold on eBay with the sellers background of their home being used as new items on hvawle site. Shameless! I’ve reported the website to the national government website for fraud but the site is still up and running. I only hope the government will shut down this site and prosecute those thieves.

Ordered hedge trimmer 6 months ago. They never delivered the product but charged my credit card instantly. We had some correspondence via email and they kept telling me to be patient. After 3 months we requested a refund. They stated they would refund the money but never did. Now they won't even reply to my emails!

I ordered a Echo weed eater several months ago a couple weeks went by and I had received my weedeater wish I was told it would arrive in about 2 weeks I never showed up so I emailed several several times yep getting the runaround request a refund many times got no refund call the number it's not in service I would like to see what I can do about the situation and warn others about their fraudulent company
