I received a text from 833-412-1992, asking for delivery confirmation with name and address. Asked me to reschedule contact and call 877-336-4793 with a reference #. They claimed I was being served papers for collection of an old debt. I researched through my local state offices and have no cases against me. They claimed if I paid I could stop from being served papers. When I informed them that I have no pending legal cases in my name, and I am required by law to receive notification via mail and 30 days to respond. I told them to not call me or text me again and that I was notifying the ScamPulse.com of their scam.
