I clicked on an ad on social media and ordered the product. I received 2 emails, 1 confirming my order and a second with a tracking number for shipping from China.

The tracking number doesn't work and is too many digits.

I ordered a buy one get one free deal on lace front wigs. They took the money off my card immediately and never sent my wigs it’s been months now.

I ordered two wigs from this online site on May 13, 2020. I didn't pay much attention until after I made the purchase, that there was no phone number to contact anyone, nor was there a time frame letting me know when my merchandise would arrive. They also have another email in which they provide that doesn't go to their web page. I immediately called my bank on May 14, 2020 to stop payment on the purchase. After

googling this website I saw where several customers were scammed out of their money and have yet to receive their products, unable to get in contact via phone, and emails not being answered.
