I used the "contact us" page and haven't heard back.
The email for customer service is an "outlook.com" address. I used that and recieved a reply but the tracking info sent to me looks very fake and uses very general terms. It states the package is "in a facility" in Sacramento and is headed to another "facility" in Sacramento (I live in Sacramento so not sure how many facilities in the city it needs to go to). It also says it's scheduled to arrive "on time" but doesn't state what day that is. I also have no way of tracking it. The person that responds sends me a snip of the tracking.
I sent an email to a different address from my PayPal receipt (although I paid with a card, not a PayPal account) and recieved the same seemingly fake tracking information with different dates.
The phone number listed on the website is in NY and is "no longer valid".
I looked up the address of the business and saw a picture of a house on Google maps.
This "company" has my $45 but more importantly, my cc information.
