A woman claimed to be with Hydra riche skin serum and claimed that I had subscribed to a plan that I did not cancel after the 14 day trial period, and asked if I wanted to cancel the subscription. When I told her yes, she said I had to pay the outstanding balance or I would be shipped the two-years worth of supply and also be expected to pay for that said amount. She asked multiple times how I would like to pay. I asked why I had not received an email to let me know of said outstanding balance, and that made her mad. She would not send me an email to confirm the amount. She confirmed my email verbally though. I asked her which card I had used to pay with and when she told me the last four of that card, she was adamant that the card was ACTIVE and that she would be charging it. Ironically, although it was once active, it no longer was active. I was not convinced and was looking through google to see if I could recognize the product, while also checking my email for any overdue emails, and my calendar for any reminders to cancel a subscription during the time period she mentioned, as I am conditioned to enter reminders on my calendar to cancel subscriptions so I am never over charged. But there were none. She was getting irritated and threatening to just send the product and finally offered a toll free number to call with my payment within the next 24 hours or the shipment would be released and the payment processed. 888-597-6077. I used reverse look up and found the number being used to be an individual in Moses Lake, WA - NOT a company. And am now even more convinced that this is a SCAM after reading that I am not alone in this. People are just plain unkind.
