This item is an attachment for the dyson vacuum and they show it was featured on many reputable websites and news programs (NYT, CNN, Forbes) which is was not, and also has a ton of fake reviews on the website. The company clearly states on it's website "free shipping and returns". After placing the order, I learned that using this will ruin the dyson and also void the warranty on the vacuum. I tried to cancel the order but it had already shipped and was told I could return it once it arrived. Once it arrived, I tried to initiate a return and despite the website saying free returns, the company refuses to pay return shipping and requires the item to be shipped back to a warehouse in China and inspected before issuing a refund. The return shipping would cost over $200.
