I’ve tried to purchase 2 water bottles from this site, they charged me TWICE. and when i went to look back at my order, my information is nowhere to be found on the site, they don’t reply to my messages & now i don’t know what to do. this wasn’t cheap. i’m upset.

I ordered two hydroflasks from this website. They came in and they were complete fake they looked like they were spray painted. I contacted the company for a refund twice and got nothing back.

This website used fake advertisements on Instagram and Facebook posing as Hydro flask. My girlfriend has been wanting one of their new multicolored bottles for Christmas, and since they said they were having a sale i decide to buy two of them. They are not in fact hydro flask. So now two weeks later after the promised delivery of 5 business days, and having spent $70 never received the two bottles and they will not respond to my contact requests. I am extremely frustrated by this scam, because I spent all that money for a gift my girlfriend will never get.

This site advertises a flash sale on Hydro Flask products. I ordered a bottle and realized that the tracking email was super sketchy and so I revisited the website and noticed it was not the real Hydro Flask site. I reported the site to Hydro Flask and will be disputing the charges.

I googled hydro flask and clicked on the first link that came up. The site looked credible and is identical to the REAL Hydro Flask website. I had been on the real website recently so this fake website was identical and didn’t raise any flags at the time. I received a confirmation email from a “hydro flask employee” named “Lemon” and half of the email was in Mandarin and was clearly a scam. The product never arrived and I will need to cancel my credit card. It is very concerning that they were able to pay to have their scam website pop up on the google search before the real Hydro Flask website. Attached is an image of the email I received. Note: I have blurred out my email address.

They advertised as hydro flask offering discount price on Facebook. Once I placed order I checked my credit card account. Then I found unrecognized company name “followcloth” not the “Hydro Flask” charged the amount of $ 32.19 which was also different from what price I was supposed to charged ($29.94). So, I felt strange then found other people also fooled by this sale and real Hydro flask confirmed that is a fraud. So, I immediately reported a fraud to my credit company. The money was refunded by the seller but the seller still sent out the counterfeit product to me. They waited until I received the product and emailed me and told me to send them money through PayPal because now I have the product. I would happily return the product if they pay the return shipping.

The product website is very vague, offers minimal contact information. there are countless spelling errors and misuse of words. i was also charged $2 d=more than what my total stated. lastly, the website name was changed to resemble the original hydro flask company

you go to https://www.hydro-flask-bottles.com and it looks all official with official Hydro flask pictures making you think your buying a real Hydro Flak at a discount but you are not. Who they have you pay is someone different you are paying ZHUOGUILINE @ https://lovemycup.site all there information is fake on both websites even phone numbers. I don't want this to happen to other these web sites should be shut down.

I was going to buy a hydroflask and I thought I was on the right website, but this company is a fraud. Took my money via paypal and they answered my emails via the address [email protected] but when I asked where my shipping tracking Number was they made excuses and said they ran out of the item and will include a fidget spinner if I waited and didnt cancel the order...I told them to cancel and refund my money but I got the same excuse again. I reported them to my credit card company and reported them as a fraud. Hydroflask company confirmed it was a bogus company and not legit. Buyer beware!!!

I found this website that had Hydro Flasks for sale. The website looks legit because it has the Hydro Flask brand on all the bottles. I tried ordering a 24 oz, yellow Hydro Flask. After about a month, I finally received my package. It came from China and the Hydro Flask is orange, not the one I ordered. I tried replying to the confirmation/tracking email and you cannot reply to it. I went to the original website to contact them and ask to return it for a refund, since it is not what I ordered, or to exchange it for the right color that I wanted. On their website, there is no where to contact them and no place to return items.

I emailed the real, authentic Hydro Flask website which is https://www.hydroflask.com/ and they claim that this website/business is not affiliated with them, meaning this is a scam. This was shown on Facebook as an AD and it was way too good to be true. The website claimed that the Hydro Flask they were selling were 35% off when in reality Hydro Flask are never on sell. The email I recevied from the authentic Hydro Flask said they are working their best to shut these websites down.

Was served a Facebook ad for 70% off Hydro Flasks. Visited this website and it looked legit with a secured webpage and I made a purchase. Going back to the site after research online about the discount, realized the incorrect spelling of the web address, then saw details on Hydro Flask's Twitter about scam Facebook and Instagram ads.

i was forwarded a link from a friend with discount HyrdoFlask products. It looked real enough so i ordered 2 items. Product arrived and it is not HydroFlask product.

I informed my friend who sent the link that others who were informed of the "deal" also received similar product, which was not HydroFlask.

I am working with my bank to have the charges reversed but am leery to contact the company directly for resolution as this has occurred with more than one customer. Additionally, i did contact the company right after the transaction to fight the shipping charge. It was supposed to be free shipping over $35. I received no response.

I have had a new debit card issued as a result of this scam.
