I made a purchase via Instagram. Two days later I contacted the business saying I wanted to cancel my order. They refused saying that the product was shipped but when I went to their website it said the order was received but not shipped. I contacted them again asking for a phone number for customer service they did not provide that information. I contacted them again the next day, I was told my order could not be canceled because it was shipped that day. Thus, the first information I received was not true. After I told them I would report this transaction as fraudulent, they sent me an email saying they would return my money; however, I have not received it.
