The website claims to sell authentic products known as hydroflask. I bought $150 worth of products. When they arrived, they were scratched, the straws were too large to fit in the cups so they lids wouldn't screw on, one cup was completely the wrong one ordered, and another had a huge dent.

I contacted customer service via email and identified the problems

The only one I wanted fix was the cup with the huge dent. They stated they would fix it only if I sent more money.
