I was sent a defective item that has a chemical smell. The company’s website clearly states that if the customer is dissatisfied with the product they can return for a full refund and will only be responsible for shipping costs but they leave out the minor detail that the item comes from China and shipping back there that will be costly. Hydro Bottle offered to give me only a 20% refund which is unfair. The company advertises on Instagram and all the comments are turned off so clearly they are lots of dissatisfied customers out there.
