I ordered a HydroSip drink container (similar to a Yeti cup). I ordered Dec 31, and I continue to just be sent regurgitated emails, when I ask when my order will arrive. I have asked for a refund and tracking number. The tracking number is not correct, and I'm not getting any response to my 15 emails.

bought a Stanley cup for my daughter in December 24. It was meant to be an Olivier Rodrigo Limited Edition. Received a completely different design a couple of weeks later. Not even the same colour. It’s a floral print… emailed them 4 times and more than 3 weeks after initial contact about the issue, I am yet to receive a response.

Scammer is offering limited edition authentic Stanley tumblers. After a month, they arrived and were obvious fakes. The boxes were significantly damaged and flimsy and easily identified as fake. The trademark identifying elements were missing - lettering off center. Weight of tumbler much lighter than actual authentic product. Many similar complaints can be found @ https://www.trustpilot.com/review/hydrosip.store

I wanted to make consumers aware to avoid this scam.
