I ordered a wig from Geranium Love after seeing several advertisements from them. The wig arrived and it was so tangled and matted, I forgot what it was supposed to look like. This was my 1st ever wig purchase and I contacted them letting them know the wig was defective. They answered in a timely manner but only offered to give me back a little over $15 for a $31 purchase. They also told me if I send it back, I would be responsible for the return shipping fees! Unacceptable.
