I saw an add with a claim to be powered by superbalist, they are selling "sneakers" at a 70% less sale when you make a purchase they send you an order number through email and a link to track your order or get back to their store, only the link doesnt work, i purchased a sneaker to the amount of R1199 and got nothing in return, their number is of the hook and their whatsapp is automated and just askes if they can help and nothing from there on

I purchased a jacket and received a receipt and email that my purchase was being shipped. When I went to the "shipping page" there were no updates or tracking numbers. After two weeks I had still not received the jacket so I emailed and facebook messaged the company and received no response. I went to their "Returns" page and emailed the returns email listed and that email bounced back. Upon further review, all the "comments" and "reviews" on the site and social media pages seemed fake and very generic.
