I bought 2 hoverboard go karts from their website, which was very well built and after my purchase was made, I received an order confirmation right after. Fast forward a few days and I received an email stating my product has shipped (5-7 business days). A few days have now gone by and I decided to check the scheduled delivery date for an estimate. Shipping information was only available through an app called “Arrive”. Fine. I installed the app and linked it to my email which magically found my product. Shocker, no shipping information was present. I checked the next day and still, no change. I decided to head to their website for contact information and low and behold, website is no longer running. Great!!!! I resorted to finding the original email received about order confirmation and hit reply. No responses have been sent back as of yet. My 100$ is now lost. Don't by if this website comes back online.
