Purchased shoes I often purchase through Nike. This company guaranteed quality, etc. the shoes arrived from China and were not the correct size at all. I has atleast 15 emails back and forth. They expected me to measure the shoes, take pics, etc etc. I took a pic, sent to them and they FINALLY said they’d accept a return IF I pay shipping and they will charge me a 15% return fee.
