Hydrolabs takes days to respond if they respond at all. They demand order number on every single email you send or they will not process the email, even if the order number is in the email chain and you’ve replied to their last email. Days go by between each contact. Then they requested pictures. I sent pictures. I sent order numbers. I sent pictures again. I sent order numbers again. Over a dozen pictures and order numbers later, I got an email this morning saying return has been rejected as against their policy that they only refund for damaged products. Falsely states I agreed to such a policy by placing my order. Their actual return policy says they will accept refunds within 30 days and does NOT limit to damaged products only.
I have since found others on Trustpilot who had the same experience. Please do not buy anything from these scammers.
