They offer 30 days return and the products are from china. Origin from china. They will never give a return and refund. They product is crapy. Too thin. Look at their fb and instagram. No review and some review have been filter out. Not an honest company. Dont buy.

I purchased a back brace/posture correction product on line--the product received is NOTHING like the product advertised--the product received was completely un-useable...truly, this product wasn't even similar, in any way, to what was advertised--

I'm not looking to get any resolution here ($40 isn't a huge deal), but I DO NOT want this company to continue doing what they do and continue to scam others--if you have any additional questions of me, please reach out--thank you very much--

I ordered this posture fix for 39.99 plus shipping and it does not fit, I am a70 year old man and wear a size xxl, so I ordered an xxl, thinking that this would fit, wrong! it is equivalent to a 5-foot woman weighing 120 lbs. very poor customer service, I requested a full refund 3 times, I finally received a message that they will not honor a refund, due to sending me the correct size! horrible, customer service!! Also see the large # of compaints on trust Pilot all with other people with the same issue

Order placed for one item. A completely different item was delivered.

Email received from scammer is below.

I purchase online on 5/25/24, and I’ve been checking to see when I would receive my package. Fast forward it’s 6/27/24 and I still haven’t received anything. I asked for a refund because I never received my items I paid for they said no the Package is in transition so they are not given me a refund. The website states fast delivery using USPS but they gave me a tracking site 17track.net and it shows the package has been in china this whole time, and they won’t give me my money back.

They intentionally send you the wrong size (ordered xl, they sent 3x in Asian sizing(according to them) which still don't fit). Then after 2 weeks of ignoring complaints and refund requests they say "well they weren't damaged and they were on sale so you're out of luck". Every item on their site is always on sale so they don't have to accept returns.
