He claimed he was in NYC. I showed property to to local men.
The NYC man emailed that he wants the property.
He sent a signed contract. I asked him to call me and he said he was out of the country.
I asked him where we would do closing. He gave me name of title company.
Title company has no record and asked me to ask him specific questions.
The NYC man promptly said he was no longer interested, after i asked reasonable but important questions.
No money lost but I have nervousness about my property since they now know about it and have visited it.
