got a call offering low rates for a personal loan for 50,000 , they asked for fees $504.17 , then closing fees 2504.17 , then they wanted me to show proof that I had 6 months pmt up front totaling 3600.00 , and it doesn't stop there they ! he wanted me to pay another $ 5100 .00 for taxes charging 10% for 50,000 they are a scam.

This company called my husband on his cell phone offering a person loan and after giving them limited information, they said he was approved. They emailed us some papers to sign, and said we the loan would be funded after we sent them a check for $513. We did and afterward when my husband asked when the loan would be funded he was told it would be after he paid $2,500 for closing costs. We spoke about it and I attempted to look up the company as I thought it seemed funny that they kept asking for money up front, but as we really need the loan and the loan terms seemed good, we went ahead and sent in the additional money. As we were getting ready to send the check out, we asked when the loan would be funded and if the check had to be in their hand for them to fund. They said once they had it they would fund the loan. Now the first person my husband talked to, a Daniel Mark, ended up being out for two days and no one else seemed to be able to help us with any information. We did get a hold of an Edward Stark, who was supposedly in the funding department, but he was little help. Finally we were told that they needed to confirm that there was six months payments in the bank account. My husband had told them when we started that the bank account would not reflect this. He got upset and told the person he was talking to that he wanted his money back as we did not have any means of getting additional funds into our bank account. My husband was then told that the loan would be funded to him anyway and that it would be released the next day. Today they told him that money was funded, but was in limbo due to the IRS wanting $3,200 for taxes. My husband asked for documentation and he was told there wasn't any. My husband was supposed to have been called by the first person he talked to, but no one has called yet.

These people have been very difficult to talk to sometimes as their accents are rather thick and they don't always seem to be paying attention to what is being said to them.
