I Drive Safely is an online website SUPPORTED by CA DMV for new drivers to get their permits. Supported by state government, they must be legit? Right? NO WRONG!!! Once they take your money, they do not give an email to contact them, they do not give a phone or fax number to contact them- only a mailing address. None of the videos that you pay EXTRA for work, their practice tests cannot be taken and you cannot get the refund that they promote on their website. In order to get any info, I had to contact PayPal to get an email to complain about the videos and request a refund. NO answer from them at all. No refund....yet.Then I started digging deeper and reading reviews- they PAY to be the first listed "recommended by the CA DMV" ad. They PAY to have negative reviews removed, then harass poor reviews to get them to remove poor ratings. I finally found a number for customer service, got an automated system with NO RESOLUTION. The automated system cannot fix problem, so it disconnects.
